Are you a creative and ambitious individual seeking a challenging role in retail? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth? We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Athlete to join our team at Nike Factory Store Brunnthal.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, offering a competitive hourly rate of €15.00 - €16.00. You will work on building and maintaining in-store visual merchandising aesthetics, mentoring and developing colleagues on visual merchandising best practice, collaborating with coaches on promotions and seasonal campaigns, and identifying brand opportunities.

The successful candidate will be based at Nike Factory Store Brunnthal, working a flexible schedule that includes early morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts. While previous knowledge of German is not required, fluency in English is essential for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
