Paper Recycling Trader

We are seeking a skilled Paper Recycling Trader to join our team at REMONDIS Trade and Sales GmbH. As a key member of our international Trading Team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and marketing paper recycling materials in Spanish-speaking regions in Europe and potentially South America.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share in the paper recycling industry.
- Conduct market and competition analyses to identify opportunities for purchasing additional quantities of paper for recycling.
- Maintain strong relationships with recycling companies and paper mills in and around Spain, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality materials.
- Negotiate prices and control volume flows to maximize profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that existing customers receive the best possible support and care.
- University degree in a commercial field or equivalent experience in sales.
- Strong knowledge of the paper recycling industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- High degree of self-organization, motivation, and ambition, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with German a plus.
