As a member of our team, you will provide 24/7 help-desk support for users, assisting them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone and email. You will be part of a global team that helps build a better online user experience for millions of people worldwide.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email
- Following company and client procedures and guidelines
- Being positive and proactive, with a desire for continuous improvement
- Exchanging ideas and solutions with your colleagues
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in German
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Technical background and familiarity with technology trends
- Experience in customer service is appreciated
- Positive attitude and team spirit
