Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Lippstadt. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Physical stamina to lift and move products, as required.
