About the Role

As a member of the OVHcloud Sales team, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring and growing customers. This key actor plays a crucial role in OVHcloud's international presence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to OVHcloud's growth in the Cloud market by generating business opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
  • Work with various lead sources, including inbound calls, tickets, contact form inquiries, promotional campaigns, and events follow-up.
  • Help clients identify additional needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and overcome sales hurdles to convert potential prospects into OVHcloud customers.
  • Manage a pipeline of business opportunities and add them to the customer system (CRM).
  • Reinforce the brand while providing excellent customer service.

Future Impact

In 6 months, you will have accomplished:

Required Skills

  • Sales mindset and ability to handle technical conversations.
  • Knowledge of Cloud products (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Dedicated Servers, VPS).
  • Ability to work on the phone and answer electronic tickets generated by customers through email.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer orientation and technical acumen.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, organized, and proactive.
  • Languages skills: fluent German and professional English.
