Job Description

As a Community Experience Manager, your primary goal is to ensure that our community has a smooth and enjoyable stay. Your area of responsibility includes managing check-ins and check-outs, ensuring our guests are well taken care of, and being the point of contact for all questions and requests from our community.

  • You will be responsible for organizing community events (free and paid events) and planning activities that our residents love and share with their friends on social media.
  • You will support our guests with coffee specialties, soft drinks, and small snacks.
  • You will coordinate repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks, check compliance with our standards, and process tickets in our property management system.
  • You will also handle various administrative tasks, such as invoicing.
Requirements
  • You have professional experience in fields like the hotel industry, gastronomy, office management, team assistance, event management, or similar.
  • You can organize and prioritize tasks effectively, remain calm in challenging situations, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • You must be responsible, reliable, and a true team player.
  • You should enjoy working in a community environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
