IT System Engineer Identity Management

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Engineer to join our Identity Management team at Hannover Re. As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity and access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement identity and access management solutions to ensure secure access to our systems and data.
- Manage and refine our global identity and access management solutions to ensure compliance with international data protection standards.
- Monitor and control user systems, including international data protection standards.
- Configure user and role profiles, integrate and document applications and services.
- Support international internal and external process and system audits.
- Advise business or project teams on the development of authorization concepts for applications.
- Manage all relevant systems and processes relating to Active Directory, OKTA, Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure, Office 365, etc.
- Several years of professional experience in identity and access management and client-server infrastructure management.
- Well-versed in applying the latest project management methods (Scrum, Lean, etc.).
- Degree in computer science or business IT or equivalent qualification.
- Confident in working with cloud-based services and technologies from AWS and Azure.
- Very good knowledge of international IT security standards and IT processes.
- Proficient user skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel worldwide on business, roughly three or four times a year.
- Flexibility: A hybrid work model with flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave.
