IT Administrator

Grapefrute is seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, ensuring they meet the company's technical requirements.
- Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, and server equipment to prevent downtime and ensure data security.
- SAP Coordination: Analyze and manage SAP interfaces to ensure smooth integration with our business operations.
- System Updates: Handle system updates, data backups, and ensure data availability to prevent disruptions.
- User Management: Manage user accounts and authorizations, ensuring secure access to company systems.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with the IT team to find solutions.
- Service Tickets: Create and manage IT service tickets, escalating issues to the service desk or Upfield IT as needed.
- External Coordination: Collaborate with external companies and suppliers to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
- Education: Completed training or comparable studies in IT, with a strong foundation in computer systems and software.
- Experience: Several years of experience as an IT administrator, preferably in a production environment, with a proven track record of managing complex systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, with expertise in SAP and system management.
- Service Center Experience: Initial experience with shared service centers is beneficial, with a strong understanding of service desk operations.
- Languages: Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Personal Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
