Service Engineer Office and Workshop Specialist

Your Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer Office and Workshop to join our team at Falch GmbH. As the heart of our branch, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and support the branch manager and service technician in all commercial and organisational tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule and plan routes, order office supplies, maintain master data, and manage the branch's inventory with enthusiasm.
- Handle our rental business independently, hand over machines, and provide safety instructions directly to the customer.
- Clarify technical questions with headquarters and prepare quotations.
- Support the branch manager and service technician in all commercial and organisational tasks.
Your Talent
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical training.
- Several years of experience in administration and sales support, ideally in a technical environment.
- Technically skilled, interested in technology, and good IT user skills.
- Strong communication skills and an absolute talent for organisation.
- Fluency in German required.
