Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Working Student. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support us in various business areas, including Marketing & Sales, Operations & HR, Product & Tech, and Finance & Accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Sales: Conduct market research, lead strategic sales projects, prepare marketing and sales materials, and ensure a consistent corporate identity.
  • Operations & HR: Engage with users, understand their needs, provide insights into our products, and assist with human resources topics.
  • Product & Tech: Support the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, work closely with the development team, and assist in the implementation of agile project management frameworks.
  • Finance & Accounting: Assist with daily accounting tasks, contribute to the monthly account closing process, and optimize finance processes.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales & marketing, or a related field.
  • Ideal initial practical experience through internships or working student positions in startups.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Interest and passion for technology and logistics.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Proficient in German (C2 level or native fluency).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
