Job Description

Job Title: Working Student - Customer Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Customer Compliance Team. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our team with customer audits and customer reporting. You will be responsible for liaising with the team to test the processing of data sets within our in-house application, performing ad hoc data normalization and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Create data sets in MS Excel following a standard template and test them in our in-house processing tool to record if the outputs have met predefined requirements
  • Detect and document any detected errors or anomalies, and be responsible for the documentation and tracking of issues until they are addressed
  • Review and improve VBA Macros, assist the team in debugging and fixing errors in the macros
  • Assist in exploring alternative data processing methods to VBA, including testing using Python
  • Process, reconcile, and analyze data sets, and automate data processing

Requirements:

  • Enrolled at a state-recognized university and a regular student who has completed at least 2 semesters
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of VBA and Python, and comfortable processing data sets using these tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in German would be an advantage
