Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskraft, der unsere Einheit für Outsourcing-Controlling, -Oversight und -Reporting leiten kann. Der Kandidat sollte über eine umfassende Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Entwicklung von Prozessen verfügen. Die Position umfasst die Koordination und Verantwortung für das formale Outsourcing-Controlling externer Dienstleister, die Koordination von Tax Risk Oversight und die Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Koordination von steuerlichen Reportings durch externe Dienstleister.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung des Teams für Outsourcing-Controlling, -Oversight und -Reporting
  • Koordination und Verantwortung für das formale Outsourcing-Controlling externer Dienstleister
  • Koordination von Tax Risk Oversight
  • Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Koordination von steuerlichen Reportings durch externe Dienstleister
  • Verantwortung für die internen und externen MIS, KPIs, KSIs und KCIs
  • Entwicklung und stetige Verbesserung von Prozessen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Dokumenten, Berichten und Reports sowie deren Präsentation gegenüber Kunden oder dem Senior Management
Voraussetzungen
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von Mitarbeitern und/oder Teams im regulatorischen Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei Banken oder Asset Management-Gesellschaften im Bereich Controlling und/oder Oversight- bzw. Outsourcing-Controlling und/der Reporting
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit fachbezogener Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Microsoft Office Kenntnisse und hohe IT-Affinität
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
