Enterprise Sales Professional

Makula Technology GmbH, a Berlin-based SaaS company backed by the Rieckermann Group, is pioneering disruption in the manufacturing industry. We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our ambitious team.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of sales processes for our target audience and excels at selling innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion. They can drive deals forward, compress decision cycles, and effectively communicate product value to service leaders in the machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients.
- SEIZE new partnership opportunities through strategic outreach.
- CONDUCT market research and exploration via cold/warm calling to identify new markets.
- CLOSELY collaborate with founders to set quarterly goals and objectives.
- SUPPORT the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- STAY informed about industry developments and competitors to remain competitive.
- Experience with cold calling or customer service, preferably in B2B, is essential.
- EXCELLENT communication and negotiation skills.
- INDEPENDENT and proactive work style with high self-motivation.
- FAMILIARITY with CRM systems and sales tools.
- FLUENCY in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a plus.
