About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Research Assistant to manage inbound and ongoing case requests under the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and acquiring information to submit requests within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily case requests sent under the EUAA contract according to the EUAA Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Research and acquire information to submit requests on time.
  • Compile final responses, obtain medical approval, and upload submissions to the client portal.
  • Support the EUAA Nurse with client-facing engagement for the EUAA contract.

About You

  • Masters in public health or related postgraduate degree is desirable.
  • Health-related degree or vocational qualification: nursing, pharmacy, public health, occupational health, global health.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills are essential.
  • Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • MS Office, Outlook, and Teams skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • International experience is desirable.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include flexible working hours, a collegial atmosphere, and internationally and interculturally oriented activities from a market-leading company.
