About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our Delivery Station Team at Amazon Europe Core. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team and collaborating with leaders on projects to create an engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders on projects to create an appealing work environment
  • Handle onboarding, self-service tools, and time/attendance tasks
  • Use dashboards to generate reports for managers
  • Plan initiatives to promote employee wellbeing
  • Review business processes for compliance with data protection, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Track HR processes and support team leaders on employee motivation projects
  • Gather feedback and promote new initiatives
  • Help create an inclusive environment where employees feel comfortable raising HR concerns

Requirements:

  • Experience in human resources
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Fluency in German (written, spoken, and read)
  • Fluency in English (written, spoken, and read)
  • Basic experience with work in connection with employment law and HR/payroll practice
