Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineering Manager to lead our team of brilliant minds working on RF Audio and RADAR products at our site in Hamburg, Germany.
About the Role
As a Senior Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Test Engineers that drives test strategy creation and test solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Test Engineers to drive test strategy creation and test solution implementation.
- Take people-to-project allocation decisions in close cooperation with project managers and other business stakeholders and grow the team as needed.
- Ensure team competence remains aligned with technology, product, and project roadmap.
- Drive Test innovation, methodology, and way of working improvements aligned with technology, product, and project roadmap.
- Create a positive work environment focused on employee engagement and empowerment.
Requirements
- M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 7-10 years experience in Semiconductors.
- 3-5 years experience in management.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, understanding cultural differences, and able to make the proper bridges in maximizing opportunities.
- Knowledge of New Production Introduction (NPI) and/or ATE testing.
- Experience with highly demanding customer environments.
- Proper understanding of Test Engineering and Product Engineering work.
- Proper understanding of project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferably track record of people management.
- Change driver, able to balance multiple stakeholders, strong execution driven.
