Aignostics GmbH is a purpose-driven startup working collectively to fight cancer and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking an Advanced Machine Learning Researcher to join our team in Berlin, Germany.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:We believe that AI has the potential to revolutionize how cancer and other complex diseases are diagnosed and treated. As an Advanced Machine Learning Researcher at Aignostics, you will work hand in hand with our collaborators in academia and industry to push the state of the art of machine learning for digital pathology.
- You will translate biomedical challenges into concrete machine learning research roadmaps and coordinate their execution.
- Together with your colleagues, you will develop elegant solutions to complex problems, conduct rigorous experiments, and convince stakeholders with crystal-clear presentations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a Ph.D. or MSc in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Bioinformatics. You should have solid theoretical foundations, several years of experience developing novel machine learning techniques, and advanced skills in Python, Linux, cloud computing, and machine learning software stacks.
