As a Senior Consultant Product Services - Loyalty Platform, you will manage the delivery and roll-out of our SK Loyalty SaaS suite to multiple financial services clients in parallel. You will conduct client-specific delivery and client-specific customization projects, ensuring quality, time, and budget.

You will work on technical solution presentations and proposals, initiate the contracting process, and perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders. You will consult business and technical stakeholders on how to implement/integrate the software.

You will support sales and consulting teams through discovery meetings and client demos, provide product trainings to clients, and be the key contact person during the hyper-care phase. You will also provide feedback to product management for the general product roadmap.

About You:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, and first experience in IT consulting or software implementations.
  • You have technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers.
  • You have first experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.
  • You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
  • You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and work with clients, consultants, and developers.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
  • You possess industry knowledge in Banking and Financial Services in the German market.
