Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our operations and customer success functions.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, be able to coordinate multiple work streams, and have hands-on experience in operations within a fast-growing startup or small company.
In this role, you will support the leadership team in developing and implementing operations strategies, ensure seamless B2B customer onboarding, set up scalable operations processes, and manage the supply of hardware, materials, and human resources needed to operate B2B client locations.
Responsibilities
- Launch new B2B clients in Germany and abroad, ensuring timely onboarding and smooth operation.
- Coordinate resources, including inventory and staff, to onboard clients continuously and sustainably without delays.
- Ensure proper timeline adherence for each new customer onboarding.
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for B2B customers, establishing effective communication and feedback channels.
- Conduct customer interviews on an as-needed basis to gather valuable insights.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of [€50,000-€70,000] annual salary, depending on experience, plus benefits.
- Hands-on operations experience in a fast-growing startup or small company.
- Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple work streams.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamically changing conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey deadlines and expectations effectively.
- A sincere passion for working with people, with the ability to handle multiple contacts.
- A willingness to take calculated risks and experiment with new approaches.
- A valid European driving license.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with B2B customers.
- A willingness to relocate to Berlin, our headquarters location.
