Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Debt Capital Markets Manager, der unsere Kunden bei den Herausforderungen der Zukunft begleiten kann. Als Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Deal Advisory - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) werden Sie international agierende Mandanten bei der Beratung und Abwicklung von Debt Capital Markets-Transaktionen unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Beratung und Abwicklung von Debt Capital Markets-Transaktionen (z.B. Bond-Begebungen)
  • Die Beratung und Abwicklung von Aktien-Kapitalmarkttransaktionen wie z.B. Börsengänge (IPOs), Kapitalerhöhungen mit und ohne Bezugsrecht oder Platzierungen von Aktienpaketen
  • Die Beratung zu allen strategischen und taktischen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit der Transaktion
Dein Profil
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Aktien-Kapitalmarkttransaktionen, DCM und/ oder Investmentbanking
  • Starke analytische Kompetenz und sehr gute Finanzkenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
