Director Global Oncology Pricing and Reimbursement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director Global Oncology Pricing and Reimbursement Strategist. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping our global pricing and access strategies for oncology assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global pricing and access strategies for oncology assets, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional leads.
- Lead the development of pricing and reimbursement strategies, including the creation of initial price assumptions and reimbursement and access strategy recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide innovative pricing and access solutions, and drive the adoption of best practices across regions.
- Provide strategic and technical expertise to drive the success of oncology assets, and lead global pricing strategy development and access strategy development.
- Establish strong working relationships with regional and local access leads, alliance partners, and global functions, including commercial, marketing, medical, and clinical development.
- Master's degree in economics, health policy, health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, or other relevant qualification.
- 10 or more years of overall related experience, with 7 or more years of progressive relevant experience acquired at pharmaceutical companies, payer/HTA, physician associations, or relevant consultancy companies in a multi-national context.
- 4 or more years of demonstrated experience with developing global pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies.
- Excellent understanding of the clinical development and life cycle of oncology medicines, and strong knowledge of major markets and their pricing and reimbursement policies.
- Experience in collaboration with early assets teams, clinical development, and forecasting teams, and knowledge of pricing and reimbursement schemes in different areas of the world.
- Excellent knowledge of pricing market research tools, methodologies, and analytics, and good understanding of HEOR and RWE concepts.
