Business Analyst Procurement

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Procurement to join our team at ECE. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Department in the development and optimization of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze our P2P processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, benchmarks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a procurement or related role.
  • Experience with process mining and data analysis tools, such as Celonis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
