Brand Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Student Marketeer. As a key representative of the Red Bull brand, you will be responsible for building and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services within the student community and beyond.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Red Bull brand with excellence, interacting with customers and stakeholders on a daily basis, and ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
• Product Promotion: Expand our customer base by offering our products and services, and increasing brand awareness through targeted sampling and promotional activities.
• Campus Marketing: Develop and implement a tailored marketing plan to engage students and create a memorable brand experience on campus.
• Networking and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales representatives, to ensure the availability and visibility of Red Bull products.
• Event Management: Collaborate with the events team to deliver unforgettable brand experiences for customers.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and detailed reports on marketing activities and results, and contribute to the development of the Red Bull Media Business.

• Enrolled student at a university or college
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Charismatic and dynamic personality
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies
• High interest in learning and applying new skills, particularly in marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Strong network and connections within the student community
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and products
• Valid driver's license
• Travel readiness (70-80%)
