Are you passionate about taking your career to the next level in the field of accounts payable? Our company, GULP – experts united, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Transactions Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the independent implementation of accounts payable accounting, control and processing of payment transactions, and ongoing account reconciliation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent implementation of accounts payable accounting
  • Control and processing of payment transactions
  • Processing of reminders and open items
  • Ongoing account reconciliation and monitoring as well as master data maintenance
  • Timely checking, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk)
  • Professional experience in the field of accounts payable
  • Sales tax knowledge is an advantage
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, communication skills and a high level of commitment
  • An independent, structured and solution- and result-oriented way of working
