DevOps Engineering Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineering Manager to join our team at Immowelt Hamburg GmbH. As a key member of our platform experience core team, you will be responsible for the functional management of an international DevOps team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with architects, software engineers, security experts, and QA engineers to accelerate the development of our agile teams.
- Develop and implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines to ensure maximum automation and documentation.
- Establish and maintain DevOps standards and best practices within the company.
- Work closely with other DevOps managers to establish new processes and further develop existing ones.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional experience in DevOps and leading a team in an agile environment.
- Experience working in a public cloud environment, such as AWS.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
- Solution-oriented thinking and a passion for new challenges in a changing environment.
