Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Manager to join our team in Friedberg, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all team members, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring our office is well-equipped and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming visitors and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and other duties as required.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, such as cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and suppliers.
  • Our consulting team relies on your expertise and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Completed education in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken, with English language skills a plus.
