Technical Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth, Germany.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training services for different types of helicopters, creating training means, and modifying training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training services based on modern training philosophy and methodology
- Create training means, including training manuals, animations, and pictures
- Modify training programs to meet customer and aircraft configuration requirements
- Carry out exams and assessments, and structure lessons to meet learning targets
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with additional experience in production/maintenance of helicopters
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable field of activity
- Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations, or equivalent military aircraft maintenance license
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in military and civil aircraft maintenance (minimum 5 years)
- Fluent in English
