About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced S/4HANA Integration and Cutover Expert to join our global team at METRO LOGISTICS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of integration strategies across multiple systems and modules within the S/4HANA landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Management: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of integration strategies across multiple systems and modules within the S/4HANA landscape.
  • Cutover Planning and Execution: Develop and manage various comprehensive cutover plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, logistics, and risk management per legal entity.
  • Project Management: Support project management, including progress tracking and reporting, issue resolution, technical documentation creation and updates, and stakeholder communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for integration and cutover-related queries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a multinational IT project setting, and at least 6 years in a leadership role in either integration or cutover (in total), minimum 6 go-lives across multiple countries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in SAP integration and cutover management, combined with basic knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and their integration points is necessary.
  • Certifications: PMP or SAP certification is of advantage but not required.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is a must.
