Senior Quality Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance efforts in the Hardware team. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and investigate quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve effective and efficient production of quality parts.
- Manage quality initiatives and corrective/preventive actions to achieve strategic quality objectives.
- Maintain an effective PPAP submission process for customer part qualification.
- Oversee the internal quality management system audit process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product quality, process quality, and certification.
- Background in electronics, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
- Leadership experience in team management, strategy definition, and objective setting.
- Working knowledge of automotive industry core tools (AIAG - APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.).
- Experience with ISO certification.
- Familiarity with quality assurance problem-solving tools (5-Why, Cause & Effect Diagrams, DOE, 8D, etc.).
