About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Ausschreibungsmanager in the Kommunalvertrieb department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and process public tenders, primarily on electronic procurement platforms, for our company portfolio and ensure internal dissemination.
  • Coordinate and manage tender projects, create schedules, and monitor deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, including the compilation of necessary materials, and collaborate with internal departments and branches.
  • Maintain and administer procurement platforms.
  • Prepare and submit reports for the municipal sales management and management.
  • Perform general administrative and organizational tasks within the municipal sales management team.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable: experience in the commercial sector, public tendering, and good IT skills (MS Office programs).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of flexibility and result-oriented thinking.
