• Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef, with a proven track record of innovation and culinary excellence.
• Culinary Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
