Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Scrum team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and maintenance of our customer-facing BI application hosted on Azure (SaaS). Your expertise in C# backend development and Cloud Architecture will be instrumental in enhancing the application's maintainability, scalability, security, and overall performance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable containerized services and microservices
  • Develop robust data pipelines that align with business requirements
  • Ensure the application's security, scalability, and maintainability
Your Profile
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with C# and .NET Core
  • Solid experience in developing containerized applications/services
  • In-depth knowledge of communication protocols such as gRPC and REST
  • Expertise with relational databases (i.e. SQL)
  • A strong understanding of application security practices, including familiarity with OWASP Top 10
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure Container Apps (dapr)
  • Knowledge of snowflake and dbt for data warehousing and transformation
  • Experience with implementing message bus architecture
  • Proficiency with Power BI embedded for business analytics
  • Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD
