Regulatory Reporting Specialist

As a Regulatory Reporting Associate at Goldman Sachs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's financial control and reporting obligations are met. You will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory frameworks, working with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate reporting, and addressing ad hoc requests related to regulatory aspects.
Your ImpactKey responsibilities include:
- Developing the ICAAP framework for Goldman Sachs entities in Germany
- Collaborating with firmwide and external stakeholders to deliver the entity's ICAAP in a timely manner
- Preparing and submitting recovery and resolution reporting for Goldman Sachs entities in Germany
- Calculating components of the regulatory capital position and large exposures for the German bank entity on a daily basis
- Addressing ad hoc requests related to regulatory aspects
- Participating in global regulatory project work, including system developments and implementation of new products and regulatory frameworks
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in regulatory reporting and compliance. Key qualifications include:
- Academic degree in business administration or finance
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a regulatory environment, preferably in the financial industry in Germany or a SSM country
- Experience working on the ICAAP framework is highly desirable
- Business fluency in English, with German language skills a plus
- Good knowledge of European/German regulatory rules
- Strong computing skills, with experience working with large data sets and automation tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to run with issues and provide high-quality feedback
