Social Media Community Manager

**Mission Brief**
As a Social Media Community Manager at Highsnobiety, you will be responsible for monitoring key clients' global social media accounts daily, responding to comments, DMs, and conversations happening in the community. You will define social media trends that could merit reactive content responses and create briefs for the necessary assets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to cultivate our clients' following and foster interactions with the online community.
- Collaborate with clients to coordinate copy and asset sign-off.
- Lead weekly meetings with clients and present reactive concept ideas.
- Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule using tools like Later.
- Pull top-line performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Create simple video and photo content for reactive social media posts.
**Requirements**
- 4+ years of experience in a social media management role.
- Obsession with social media and knowledge of the latest social trends.
- Ability to create witty, insightful copy and demonstrate high cultural sensitivity.
- Experience scheduling, managing, and publishing social media content.
- Experience working with clients and in cross-functional teams.
- Professional demeanor and highly committed work ethic.
- Deep understanding of pop culture and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and conversations.
- Highly organized and proactive approach to work.
- Ideal knowledge and experience using Capcut and Photoshop/Indesign.
