We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable team member to join our team at Tennis-Point Store in Münster.

Job Title: Tennis Retail Sales Associate

This position is perfect for individuals who have a love for tennis and enjoy helping customers find the perfect equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active participation in sales while ensuring exceptional customer consultation
  • Maintaining and presenting products in-store to meet customer expectations
  • Managing store logistics, including receiving and shipping, to ensure seamless operations
  • Handling customer complaints and maintaining store appearance to uphold our brand standards
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial training in retail or similar qualifications
  • Experience in retail, preferably within sports retail, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Strong customer-oriented and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for tennis
