About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Delivery Manager to join our team at Innova Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects from early coordination to handover, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a site management team to ensure project delivery in a timely manner.
  • Attend on-site meetings with clients and contractors to ensure satisfaction with progress and forecast upcoming works, highlighting any risks to project delivery.
  • Ensure site teams work efficiently, with clear objectives and target dates.
  • Verify that all drawings used by site teams are correct revisions.
  • Ensure project value, drawings, specification, and order are agreed and in place before works commence.
  • Maintain adherence to company HSEQ policies and procedures throughout the project.
  • Develop and maintain accurate RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) throughout the project.
  • Communicate directly with clients and contractors as necessary throughout the project.
  • Procure plant and equipment correctly, in line with specifications and client requirements.
  • Track costs (material and labor) to ensure project delivery within original target spends.
  • Determine labor and subcontractor requirements for various installation tasks.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure they meet company requirements.
  • Prepare accurate program of works to ensure all tasks are planned to meet key dates.
  • Provide accurate information on contract variations and monthly claims.
  • Set priorities and manage workload to ensure project programs are delivered.
  • Assist in preparing accurate installation drawings and 'as installed' drawings upon completion of works.
  • Issue daily reports containing works completed, roadblocks, and 4-week look ahead.
  • Complete pressure tests, witness, and record them.
  • Complete SAT documentation.
  • Assist with preparation of ownership and maintenance manuals upon project completion.
  • Work collaboratively with MEP management to plan and deliver each contract proactively and efficiently.
  • Work with site teams and contractors to ensure works are carried out safely and to a high standard.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.
