About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hort Educator to join our team at Phorms School Frankfurt. As a key member of our after-school care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our students from Monday to Friday, 3pm to 6:30pm, and for a total of 5 weeks per year in our all-day holiday programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging after-school activities (Clubs) that cater to the diverse interests of our students
  • Support the organization of afternoon care, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of activities for our all-day holiday programme during school vacations
Requirements
  • A positive, attentive, and inclusive approach to working with children
  • Experience working with primary school children or relevant training or studies in the social field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues
  • A strong interest in working in a bilingual and international atmosphere
  • Very good English language skills
