Dein Arbeitsbereich: Finance

In unserem Bereich Finanzen, Controlling und Einkauf sorgen wir dafür, dass die finanziellen, bilanziellen und buchhalterischen Aufgaben innerhalb der gematik reibungslos laufen. Du wirst Teil des Teams sein, das sich um die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, die Vergabe großvolumiger Projekte, die Rechnungslegung und die Erstellung der jährlichen Unternehmensplanung kümmert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einsatz: Du unterstützt das Tagesgeschäft des Bereichs Finanzen, Controlling & Einkauf, insbesondere bei den organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten.
  • Unterstützung: Du unterstützt die Kollegin:innen bei der Rechnungsprüfung, -bearbeitung und -digitalen Dokumentenablage sowie bei der Erstellung der Ausgangsrechnungen für unsere Kund:innen.
  • Verantwortung: Du bist zuständig für die digitale Dokumentenablage und die Verwaltung von Verträgen sowie für die Unterstützungsarbeiten in Projekten.
  • Mitwirkung: Du bist an allen Finance Aufgaben beteiligt, erstellst Finance Reports und hilfst Kolleg:innen bei der Reisekosten- oder Spesenabrechnung.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang abgeschlossen und hast insbesondere Einkauf, Finanzen oder Controlling belegt.
  • Erfahrung: Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Finanzbereich oder Rechnungswesen gesammelt.
  • Know-how: Du verfügst über fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word und Excel.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du bearbeitest die Dir zugeteilten Aufgaben selbstständig, sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist flexibel, kommunikativ und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Sprachen: Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse.
