Your Role in Our Network

• You will work closely with potential caregivers and nurses in the field of 24-hour care, providing expert advice and support to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for independent customer acquisition through building local networks and generating referrals, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to drive business growth.
• You will present applications from patients via our platform, aiming to secure successful job placements and establish long-term relationships with our clients.
• In addition to these core responsibilities, you will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the entire care assignment, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular surveys, conflict mediation, and adaptability in response to changing needs.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on location)
