About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager - Public Sector to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Public Sector Tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advice to clients in the public sector, including government agencies, public companies, and non-profit organizations.
  • Lead complex tax projects, including those related to public sector entities, such as transportation, waste management, and healthcare.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for clients, including those related to public sector entities.
  • Manage and coordinate tax projects, including those related to public sector entities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in tax law, such as the German Steuerberaterexamen.
  • 3-5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English.
