Talent Development Director

As a key member of the People Development department at Stepstone GmbH, you will play a vital role in driving organizational growth and enhancing employee capabilities through cutting-edge Talent Development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of Talent Development experts, further developing the internal Academy by managing a portfolio of state-of-the-art Talent Development products, and defining and analyzing relevant Talent Development KPIs to drive strategic actions.

You will also own and manage international Talent Development projects with impact on the entire organization, prioritize initiatives, and ensure delivery of global standards and processes aligned with the overall people and organizational strategy.

Additionally, you will present decision templates to top management to advance projects and act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders on all People Development matters.
