Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our team at amedes Medizinsiche Dienstleistungen GmbH. As a Medical Laboratory Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process laboratory samples for testing, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures
  • Verify patient data and laboratory orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct quality control checks on laboratory results, documenting any discrepancies or issues
  • Participate in the three-shift system, working flexible hours to meet laboratory demands

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a medical laboratory assistant training program or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of medical laboratory procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Proficiency in modern laboratory equipment and software systems
