Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to evaluate and refine their global supply chain strategies, processes, and operations.
  • Offer specialized advice and recommendations on supply chain management, procurement, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses to pinpoint improvement opportunities and devise customized solutions to boost efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams in executing supply chain transformation projects and guarantee successful delivery.
  • Recognize and address supply chain risks, encompassing supplier management and strategic sourcing efforts.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global supply management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or strategic sourcing, particularly in global operations.
  • Extensive understanding of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process enhancements and cost reductions in global supply chains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the proficiency to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management, with the capability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software, supplier management platforms).
