Job Description: Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain.
Responsibilities- Coordinate truck transportation for both domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery and pickup schedules to guarantee on-time performance.
- Prepare and verify shipping orders and freight documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Document all logistical processes within our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
- Manage the inventory of pallets efficiently, optimizing storage space and minimizing waste.
- Review proof of delivery documents to confirm successful completion of shipments.
- Adhere to all relevant legal and operational regulations governing the transportation industry.
- A completed commercial training program with proven experience in shipping or logistics operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent geographical knowledge to optimize transportation routes and minimize delivery times.
