Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Mannheim. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, and conducting training and educational programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct research and investigations to determine the validity of warranty claims.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal customer service representatives and external customers.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of company products and equipment.
Requirements:
  • General education degree in a technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a troubleshooting and repair capacity.
  • Native-level French and fluent English skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge specific to company products.
