We're seeking a highly skilled Content Web Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing PR campaigns, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty and personal care industries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports our overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and create and curate engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner and monitor social media metrics to ensure the success of our social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage of our company and the beauty and personal care industries, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development, to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing and PR initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new tactics and strategies as needed.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies to produce locally originated content.
- Create strategy and content for specific channels.
- Monitor and increase followers of specific channels.
- Plan and execute the promotion of new products in specific channels.
