We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Professional (m/w/d) for Occupational Safety to join our team at KEMNA BAU Andreae GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of occupational safety and health management systems across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement occupational safety and health policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on occupational safety and health procedures
- Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address safety concerns
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments and incident reports
- Relevant qualifications and experience in occupational safety and health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
