We are a high-quality shoe and leather goods manufacturer and retailer seeking a skilled Payment Processing Specialist to join our team at Workstation Customer Care. This role offers the opportunity to work from home most of the time, with one day a week spent in our office to maintain a personal connection with the company.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent German language skills
  • Availability for at least 30 hours a week
  • Experience with common data entry systems
  • Strong numerical understanding and good comprehension skills
  • A keen listener and effective communicator
  • A focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing unsorted payments and locating matching invoices
  • Initiating refunds for overpayments
  • Applying customer credits to new purchases
  • Notifying customers about outstanding payments
  • Negotiating payment plans and extensions
