Your Role as a Bakery Sales Associate

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering questions about our baked goods.
  • Prepare a variety of snack items and coffee specialties, ensuring high quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to the freshness of our products by baking throughout the day using our in-store ovens.
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, upholding hygiene standards and company policies.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in retail sales, food service, or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to create positive interactions.
  • Reliability, dedication, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
