About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Developer to join our team at SAP. As a Cloud Developer, you will play a key role in laying the foundation for our strategic goals by developing and integrating Big Data components in the SAP Business Technology Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of cloud-based solutions using distributed systems, Big Data, and container technology.
- Work with hyperscale environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
- Apply proven software methodology to cloud operation problems.
- Follow the SRE methodology to provide resilient and highly available big data services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional work experience.
- Hands-on experience in cloud computing, distributed systems, Big Data, or container technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, GO, Bash.
- Solid confidence working within Unix/Linux shell environments.
- Experience in working with IaaS solutions like Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
